Rebel Gems: Gems and Minervans

The Minervans are to Rebel Gems like the Humans are to Steven Universe. They are the reason why the Children of Minerva have decided to protect Minerva; they are the people that they wish to protect. Many Minervans view the Children of Minerva as angels and holy guardians, and consider themselves to be forever in their debt. As a result, they have formed a strong alliance with the Children of Minerva, with many Minervans living alongside the gems in the COM's capital as equals. Since then, COM Gems and Minervans have fought together, lived together, and sometimes they even married. Minervans who lived in the COM's Domain were viewed as holy knights by those who lived outside of the Capitol. Those who were born from gem mothers were viewed as demigods, despite the fact that most gem-born minervans are purebred minervan rather than half-gem.
